A Regimen of Interventions

The BioLogic Food Safety System enables us to go beyond traditional HACCP, SOP and GMP processes. We continually implement interventions that focus on product, facilities, air quality and personnel, delivering the safest beef possible.

This system implements harvest floor interventions designed to optimize food safety procedures for every plant. Harvest floor pathogen control is critical to ensuring these strict standards.

The BioLogic Food Safety System goes beyond traditional harvest floor interventions to include critical protections and reduce exposure. With pre-bag primal sprays, air quality controls and disinfectant foam foot washes, we deliver added controls that set new standards in food safety.

The Zone System

Our production facilities are divided into six functional zones, allowing us to control exposure and effectively develop strategies to control food safety based on the unique challenges of each zone.

We're constantly engaging the newest ideas and best practices to deliver a higher level of quality beef. Our on-premise, certified labs deliver immediate information about our efforts to ensure effective measures and constant improvement.
