Strategically located in Hummels Wharf, Pennsylvania and Moultrie, Georgia, our current case-ready facilities support retail locations throughout the eastern half of the U.S. Because of our location, we are able to deliver fresher product and longer shelf life. We plan to continue our facility expansions into new markets to meet the growing needs of case-ready retailers.

We ship closely trimmed product from our state-of-the-art Midwestern processing centers directly to our case-ready facilities. Our unique production/processing system allows us to more closely control the quality of our raw material, so we can provide you with more than 150 varieties of beef, pork, and ground beef items. Technologically advanced machinery, such as our impingement chill tunnel and automatic slicers, aid us in presenting a consistently well-styled and uniform product appearance.

Customized Packaging and Automated Labeling
We process our case-ready product through the advanced high-oxygen M.A.P. (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) System. This technology allows us to deliver a consistent product appearance and attractive packaging. Multiple tray sizes allow you to feature a variety in pack sizes and price points.

With M.A.P. technology, National Beef is able to provide additional cost savings to your retail operation. Our system automatically weighs product and prices it for you, saving several steps in the process and bringing easy-to-read information to your customers' fingertips.

You can even customize the design and information included on each label. Promotional or brand labels are easily affixed to the package and can be customized to meet your marketing needs.

Industry Leading BioLogic Food Safety System
With National Beef, you're working with an industry leader in food safety management as well as an experienced case-ready supplier. In conjunction with industry leaders and university researchers, we have effectively developed and implemented the BioLogic System in all National Beef processing facilities. The BioLogic® Food Safety System brings you an innovative, comprehensive system that far exceeds industry standards in food safety and makes National Beef's clean beef cleaner.

BioLogic is managed through two interlocking systems; our five-zone safety system and Test, Track and Treat. Each section of the processing facility is assigned a zone-management protocol that is scientifically aligned with its potential for microbial contamination. We test hundreds of samples each week and verify our results with an independent third-party laboratory.
