The Inside Skirt is that muscle which lies on the inside of the costal cartilages of the navel. It extends from the brisket end to the rib end of the navel. It extends from the brisket end to the rib end of the navel. The skirt shall have both sides peeled with Flake Fat that can not be trimmed without removing Lean Tissue allowed. The main Body of the Skirt shall be minimum of 1½" inches wide.
